C&G’s Guide to the Best Hot Chocolate Bayside

Tips & Advice

Coffee catchups, high tea and afternoon drinks are such a thing of the past! With the chilly months still ahead, what better way to treat yourself than with a delicious cup of hot chocolate. In the C&G blog, we went searching for the best hot chocolates in Bayside and found some next-level, chocolatey brews. From traditional thick Italian to whipped cream concoctions, which Bayside hot chocolate does it better? Find out below!

1.    Noisette Bakery - Port Melbourne

This traditional French bakery is famous for their Easter hot cross buns (a sell-out every year!) But it’s their traditional hot chocolate dusted with cocoa powder and served with marshmallows that should be crowned the true winner. One must order with a flaky French croissant on the side.

2.    Matcha Mylk Bar – St. Kilda

Famous for its rainbow lattes – matcha, blue algae and turmeric – it’s their almond butter cacao latte that will really satisfy your chocolate craving. Made from Melbourne’s Mork chocolate, add salted caramel for an extra sweet kick!

3.    Glasshouse - Hampton

No one does hot chocolate quite like Glasshouse! Serving traditional Italian hot chocolates, choose from a variety of delicious flavours like raspberry, chilli, tiramisu or meringue – just to name a few. Perfect for a mid-week pick-me-up or afternoon treat!

4.    Port of Call – Sandringham

Come for the Insta-worthy décor but stay for the Mork hot chocolates. Port of Call is (in)famous for their colourful and photo-brag brunches but their hot chocs are definitely a good reason to stop by. Choose from 50% or 70% cocoa depending on you like your hot chocolates: chocolatey and smooth or dark and sultry.

Now you have the perfect reason to head Bayside, grab yourself a delicious hot chocolate and swing by the nearest Chisholm & Gamon office to chat about our latest listings.
