Dear Andrew and Torsten,

Clint and I would like to say a HUGE thank you to you both for your dedicated efforts to our Elwood campaign. We were absolutely thrilled with the result on auction day last Saturday and couldn’t have asked more from your team in the lead up to the event or on Auction day itself. 

We’ve had a very long association with Chisholm and Gamon now – having first bought our house in 2012 through your office and as you’d know, Andrew – you were our Sales Manager at the time. I remember how impressed we were with your work ethic, negotiating our deal at 10pm at night and then driving the paperwork out that night to our apartment in Hawthorn. Nothing has changed over five years. You brought the same enthusiasm and passion over the last four weeks to this campaign.

Torsten – you sure had to work the crowd on the day!! We thank you for your knowledge of our house and the local area and for getting the bidders involved so well once they were prepared to show their hand! We also thank you for getting us above the result on the day that we wanted.

We have also had the property rented for two years through your office and have been very pleased with all the work Ros Bavin has done over this period. 

The C&G brand is certainly a leader in the Elwood area (and further now) and we know first-hand why.
