With new cafes popping up left, right and centre, Baysiders are spoiled for choice when it comes to delicious fare! For new Bayside eats, BYO your hungry tummy because Chisholm and Gamon cover the latest café openings.

  1. Elichi – Black Rock

St Kilda’s Babu Ji have just opened their Black Rock sister venue – Elichi! This Indian fusion restaurant takes traditional family recipes, adding a modern, flavoursome spin. With delicious dishes like crispy Channa Palak and cauliflower Gobi Kofta dumplings on the menu, things are about to get spicy!

2. Good Love – St Kilda

This vegan restaurant is all about good food and good love! New to St Kilda, Good Love features an all-vegan menu with comfort food specialities, including a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, meatballs with Napoli sauce and classic mac ‘n’ cheese.

3. Port of Call – Sandringham

The latest in a string of eateries from the folks behind Tall Timber and Plain Sailing, Port of Call has arrived in Sandringham. Another boutique-style dining experience complete with enviably interiors and tons of natural light, it’s another one worth queuing for.

4. Clooney Kitchen & Bar – Port Melbourne

This new glitzy restaurant is as charming as its name suggests. With dark velvet booths, dim lighting and old-Hollywood vibes, Port Melbourne’s Clooney Kitchen and Bar is where you can find classic cocktails and modern Italian fare.

5. Hunter & Co - Elsternwick

Baysiders welcomed Hunter & Co Deli to Elsternwick in April this year. Swing by this weekend to enjoy delicious foodie fare while sipping on a glass of delicious Mornington Peninsula vino. scene in Bentleigh. This indoor greenhouse includes beanbags perfect for a comfy Sunday kick-back. All-day breakfast includes potato waffles with pastrami, poached eggs and brown-butter hollandaise and ricotta hotcakes with berry compote.
