The world’s only mindful triathlon, Wanderlust 108 is coming to Melbourne’s beachside Catani Gardens on Saturday November 17th. A dynamic fun-filled day of activities, the event includes a 5km run or walk, meditation and yoga that you wouldn’t want to miss. In today’s C&G blog, we break down the event schedule to help you plan your day of wellness based adventures.

But first… coffee!

7.00 – 8.30 am: Arrive early to register and get your photo-worthy Wanderlust bib, then fuel up for the day with a cup of barista coffee.

 Pre run stretch –

8.30 – 8.45am: Now that you’ve had your coffee fix, head to the main stage for an entertaining 15-minute warm up led by the Adidas and Wanderlust leaders.

 Triathlon part 1: 5km your way

9.00am – 10.30am: This 5km is whatever you choose to make it. Whether you want to run or walk, prance or skip, stroll or strut… it doesn’t matter, as long as you’re having fun.

 Triathlon part 2: DJ Powered Yoga

11.00am – 12.15pm: Yoga and a live DJ, great combination! You’re guaranteed to find your rhythm with this 75-minute group session.

Triathlon part 3: Spiritual Meditation

12.15pm – 12.40pm: Clear your mind, bring your body to ease and reflect on reaching the final point of the triathlon. Enjoy a tranquil 25-minute guided meditation led by a renowned spiritual leader.

The ball’s in your court:

1.00pm – 3.30pm: Grab some lunch, socialise with likeminded people, head to a workshop or join in on some acro and hooping yoga. Be sure to check out the Remedy Kombucha Garden and the Kuta Markets, filled with food, craft and products from local artists. Enjoy the encouraging and peaceful ambiance Wanderlust has to offer.
