On 20th November, the Queen Victoria Market welcomes the much-anticipated Summer Night Market! Gather your friends and family for an evening of delicious international flavours, shopping and an impressive line-up of live music. The excellent part is you can enjoy this wonderful market every Wednesday evening until 11th March 2020! We’ve compiled some highlights in this latest C&G blog to start you off on the right foot. Food and Drink

There are so many international flavours floating around this year’s market. Drums will be making an appearance with their famous Sri Lankan street food including Kotthu and Devilled Chicken. There will be options for vegetarians and vegans as well.

If you love halloumi, don’t forget to visit the Cypriot Kitchen for all things halloumi. There’s burgers, souvla, pita, even watermelon and halloumi! How many times can we talk about halloumi?!

Spanish Gourmet Caterers will be serving up authentic Spanish cuisine with a theatrical twist! You’ll know it’s more than just the flavours, it’s all about the experience.

Cheese lovers will be flocking to That’s Amore Cheese for their delicious gnocchi and cheesy bagels. Another Italian option is the iconic 400 Gradi with their tasty Napoletana pizzas.

And as we get closer to the heart of summer, don’t forget to cool down with some chilly snacks. Hawaiian Shaved Ice will be making an appearance, with 14 different flavours to choose from as well as the option to add delicious toppings like sweet red bean and jelly! If that doesn’t take your fancy, Macaron De Paris have the largest range of macaron flavours in Australia. They are also handmade and gluten free!

If you’re checking out the market after a long day at work, re-energise and relax with the amazing baristas at Little League and Market Espresso. Ronnie Z and the Fabulous Juice and Traditional Lemonade Stand will also be there to keep you refreshed and hydrated!
