Luckily, there is a wide variety of activities to select from during the holidays. Whatever your child’s interests - from art workshops, to science experiments and acrobat lessons – we have you covered!

ARTea Art School – Summer Holiday Program

ARTea is a vibrant art studio that offers dynamic workshops for kids with artistic flair of all ages and levels. Facilitated by qualified teachers and artists, workshops include animation, drawing classes, painting and sculptural lessons. With lunch and snacks also provided, choose from single sessions or all-day classes. The ARTea summer holiday program commences Monday 14th January and finishes on Friday 25th January.

Black Rock Life Saving Club – Nipper’s Surf Education Program

Delivered by parents, cadets and experienced club members, Black Rock Life Saving Club’s lifesaving program teaches young nippers safety and skills to becoming a community lifesaver. With swimming sessions available, nippers are taught essential water and survival skills with education in environmental preservation. Once completed the program, a Surf Rescue Certificate will be awarded to nippers who have trained in first aid, resuscitation and lifesaving techniques.

The Science Shed – School Holiday Workshops

Forget Baby Einstein! Real scientists get their start at The Science Shed in South Frankton. With exciting workshops all summer long, each lesson is taught by an expert science teacher with specialities in Physics and/or Chemistry. From creating slime to launching water rockets, each lesson must be booked in advanced with healthy snacks and science creations included.
