Hi Sam,

I just wanted to write you a note to say a huge thank you to you, Matt and Kathy for the absolutely fantastic effort you all put into the sale of my late mum's home.

If I could have know about your outstanding communication, your 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude, your professionalism, your passion for your work and the fact you are a genuinely good guy, when I was choosing between agents it would have made my decision so much easier.

Instead I just got lucky.

As you know, selling my darling mum's house after her sudden death has been very emotional for me, and added to that is the fact that I live in Sydney so I have relied on you and your team to do everything that was needed to get the best result possible in her memory.

The property stylist you chose was amazing, the photographer took outstanding shots, the gardener did a great job and every little detail was taken care of by you with very little input from me at all.

After every inspection you alway gave me a great summary of who had come through and what their feedback was. 

When we got an offer prior to auction I was inclined to take it as I didn't want to risk the emotional strain of a potential 'pass in' on the day. However my solicitor advised me to ask you what you thought and go with your recommendation, and I am so glad I listened to him and then to you.

Getting $200,000 more at action than we were offered prior was absolutely fantastic and a testament to all your hard work and that of your team. Although I was not there, a friend of mine attended and told me there were 5 bidders in a highly competitive auction and she thought you did a great job and even had the crowd laughing at times :)

You should be very proud of the price you achieved and I am of course very happy with the result. I know mum would be pleased for me that the process was as painless as possible and the result was such a success.
