We were so happy with the thoroughness you showed in dealing with everyone who walked through each open for inspection. As well as 'qualifying' them for us each week. We loved your friendly and professional approach (without all the hoo-ha) that one might get from other agents! 

On auction day our family and friends all commented on how well you dealt with a couple of sticky situations, and regardless of how fast the bidding was going you were still polite to those that had reached their top price.
