Modern yoga is the result of thousands of years of peace-seeking, stemming from the natural human desire to find quiet amidst the chaos of everyday life. Yogis experience better health and well-being from their practise, and whether it’s
Bikram yoga, Ashtanga, Hatha or Viniyoga – you’ll find a style that will help you unwind, energise and optimise your mind, body and soul. C&G brings you the top picks for the Bayside area and beyond.
