If you didn’t get a chance to attend any of the amazing Dine With Heart events around St Kilda last month, your second chance to support the Sacred Heart Mission is here. The charity, whose Meals Program serves 400 free, nutritious meals per day to locals in need, will be raising funds in June via two stand-out Melbourne venues – the iconic Luxembourg in St Kilda and The Craft & Co in Collingwood. Monday, June 20 from 7pm 

Described by Broadsheet as ‘a modern European bistro that treads the line between casual and slick,’ diners will arrive at Luxembourg to be greeted with bubbles and canapés before being seated for their specially-designed three-course dinner. With meals created by celebrated head chef Chris Watson, wines to match are included in the ticket price. The event is excellent value at only $100 per head, with the entire proceeds being donated to the St Kilda-based charity. Dine with Heart Pop Up Food Safari, The Craft & Co

Wednesday, June 29 from 7pm

When The Craft & Co say ‘food safari,’ they really mean it! Think ten courses from ten different Melbourne restaurants, all delicious, all excellent. That’s the premise for the Sacred Heart Mission’s event at the Collingwood venue – and if you haven’t been there, you’re in for a treat! While this event will take place in the upstairs dining area, the two-storey warehouse also features a café, bar, distillery, brewery, bakery, bottle-shop, deli and cheese and charcuterie-making rooms along with a coffee roastery. Phew! On the bill for the Pop-Up Food Safari are Mr Ottorino, Gelato Messina, Pavlov’s Duck, Pasta Classica, Ardor Food Co. and the Robert Burns Hotel, with more to be confirmed very soon.

With tickets for this ten-course extravaganza set at only $100 per head, 100% of the profits will be donated to the Sacred Heart Mission’s Dine With Heart Campaign, to provide nutritious meals to the homeless, disadvantaged and socially isolated members of our community from the Mission’s St Kilda dining hall.
