Holidays in the Big City

As always, there’s something fun to do during the school holidays at iconic Federation Square. Hop on a tram and enjoy a day out in the city – starting with AFL Grand Final Week celebrations including AFL Kids day and sports clinic on the 23rd of September. ACMI is also still showing DreamWorks Animation: The Exhibition daily, a must-see for fans of movies including Shrek and Madagascar. Creative souls can express themselves with NGV events associated with the Mid-Century Modern exhibition: our favourite is the chance to get involved with designing textile prints using screen printing techniques courtesy of Spacecraft Studio.
