Winter is upon is, which means we’ll be favouring cosy nights at the local pub over al fresco dining and afternoon cocktails. What better way to catch up with your friends and family than over one of Bayside’s best trivia nights? C&G spill our favourites in this handy blog.

The George, South Melbourne

A classic on the South Melbourne block, The George plays host to its very own Tuesday trivia night. Grab a group or turn up solo and join a team, and feast on the $20 Parma and Pint offer. That’s midweek evenings done right.

The Local Taphouse, St Kilda

Sunday nights are where it’s at for St Kilda locals, as the infamous trivia night at The Local Taphouse kicks off from 7pm in the main bar downstairs. Hosted by the one and only Janet, expect general knowledge teasers, music puzzles and quirky trivia. Answer correctly and there’s prizes on offer – and beer, of course. Prince Alfred, Port Melbourne
